These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the team behind Levld ("Levld", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the Levld mobile application and any related services (together, the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Levld. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You can use the App as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create one, you sign in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You can delete your account at any time from the App's settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Levld helps you understand and manage your phone habits. It estimates the stimulation impact of your app usage and presents this as a dopamine score, along with related metrics such as a focus percentage. It can also block apps you select when your score drops below a threshold you choose.
Levld's blocking feature uses Apple's Screen Time framework to restrict access to apps you select, based on settings you control. You acknowledge that:

Prices may vary by region and currency, and the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase is the price that applies. We may change prices for future billing periods, in which case you will be notified through the App Store before the change takes effect.
Billing. All subscriptions are purchased through and billed by Apple via your Apple ID. We do not process payments ourselves and never see your payment details.
Auto renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions.
Free trial. If your plan includes a free trial, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through your App Store account. We are not able to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
We grant you a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable App Store rules.

The App, including its design, branding, scoring model, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property except for the limited license described above.
Levld is actively developed and will change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features, including how the dopamine score is calculated, at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the App entirely. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of significant changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any particular feature.
You can stop using Levld at any time by deleting the App, deleting your account from the App's settings if you created one, and canceling any active subscription through your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, such as disclaimers and limitations of liability, will survive.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the dopamine score or any other metric will be accurate, complete, or produce any particular result, including any improvement in focus, productivity, or wellbeing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
The App is distributed through Apple's App Store, so the following terms apply. They are required by Apple and, where relevant, are for Apple's benefit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section below, any dispute that is not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any protections granted by mandatory consumer law where you live.
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to email us at support@levld.app describing the issue and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Most problems can be solved with an email.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English and may take place remotely by videoconference or on written submissions. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Exceptions. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
Class action waiver. You and we agree that disputes may be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular dispute, then the arbitration agreement does not apply to that dispute.
Opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement entirely by emailing support@levld.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or through the App Store. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
